  • Select photos for printing
  • Edit images
  • Add drawings or annotations
  • Prepare images for printing

We do not need access to your photos unless you choose to use features that require them.

The App does not need access to all files on your device simply for you to use the basic features.

Contacts

If you choose to use the contact printing feature, PrintMate may request permission to access contacts on your device.

Contact information is used only to provide the requested contact-related functionality, such as preparing contacts for printing.

Printer and Network Information

To discover and connect to compatible printers, the App may use available Wi-Fi, network, or Bluetooth-related functionality supported by your Android device.

This may include information necessary to identify and communicate with a compatible printer.

Printer connection functionality depends on your device, printer model, network configuration, and supported printing protocols.

2. Google Drive and Other File Sources

PrintMate may allow you to import files from supported services such as Google Drive.

When you choose to import a file from a third-party service, the App only receives the content or information necessary to perform the action you request.

Third-party services have their own privacy policies and terms. We recommend reviewing the privacy practices of any external service you use with PrintMate.

3. Email and Shared Content

PrintMate may allow you to print supported files or content shared from an email application or another compatible app.

PrintMate does not need to read your entire email account to provide this functionality. When supported, you choose the content or file that you want to open or share with PrintMate.

4. Website Printing

If you use the website printing feature, the App may access the webpage or content you specifically request to prepare it for printing.

Website content is controlled by the respective website owner. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of third-party websites.

5. How We Use Information

Information or device access required by PrintMate may be used to:

  • Connect to compatible printers
  • Print documents, photos, PDFs, and other supported content
  • Import files selected by you
  • Edit and prepare documents
  • Edit photos

We do not use your selected documents, photos, or contacts for purposes unrelated to the functionality you request unless otherwise disclosed.

6. Data Storage

PrintMate may temporarily process files, photos, documents, or other content on your device when necessary to provide printing or editing functionality.

Where processing can be performed locally on your device, the App is designed to use the content for the requested operation.

You remain responsible for the files and content you choose to import, edit, or print.

7. Third-Party Services

PrintMate may work with third-party platforms or services when you choose to use features such as cloud file import, printer connectivity, or other external functionality.

Third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of third-party services before using them.

If the App uses third-party advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or similar SDKs, those services may collect information according to their respective policies.

8. Advertising and Analytics

If third-party advertising or analytics services are integrated into a particular version of PrintMate, those services may collect information such as device identifiers, usage information, diagnostics, or advertising-related information as permitted by their policies.

The exact information collected depends on the third-party services integrated into the version of the App you use.

Where applicable, third-party providers process information according to their own privacy policies.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information processed through the App.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You should avoid using PrintMate to process highly sensitive information unless you are comfortable with the associated risks.

10. Children's Privacy

PrintMate is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 for purposes unrelated to providing the App's functionality.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at:
